Damian, founder of DM Building Design, has over seven years of experience as a draftsman, working on more than 500 residential projects. After completing his Advanced Diploma in Building Design at Box Hill Institute, he became a Registered Building Designer with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA). Damian combines technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach, delivering designs that are both functional and visually appealing. His work spans new home designs, extensions and renovations, verandahs, carports, pergolas and decking, as well as town planning, unit development, and full compliance documentation.
Damian also assists with council notices and building permit services, guiding clients through every stage of the process with clarity and attention to detail. From initial concepts to fully documented plans, Damian ensures each project meets building standards while turning every vision into a tailored, thoughtfully designed reality.
